The registration fee of € 2375 includes coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, dinners according to the program, the Gole Alcantara excursion and transportation to and from Larnaca International Airport .

You will need to provide arrival and departure information (fixed departures to be announced).

The accompanying guest fee of €400 covers coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, dinners according to the program, the Gole Alcantara excursion and transportation to and from Larnaca International Airport.

If you require an official Letter of Invitation please notify the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation

The cost of standard room per night at St Raphael Resort is €150 single occupancy and €180 double occupancy breakfast, local taxes and services included.

Payment using credit card

VISA, MasterCard/EuroCard and American Express are accepted. Please, supply the relevant information by registering online on our secure server. Credit card payments will be debited in € (euro) and will be processed by B.O. Conference Service through Netaxept.eu.

If you are unable to attend we are happy to welcome a substitute colleague if you inform us before 31 August, 2022.
Cancellation must be received in writing before 31 August, 2022 to receive a refund.
Any valid refund is subject to 15% administration cost and will be processed after the meeting.
After 31 August we are unable to refund any accommodation and registration costs..
